Festivities (High Season): Here are the festivities considered high season: Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Easter Monday, bank holiday weekends on April 25, May 1 and June 2. Reservation & Payment: All prices are per room per day. Upon booking, you will have to make a down payment in the amount of 50% of the total price (through a bank transfer or through credit cards with a PayPal account) while the remaining amount will be paid on arrival. Cancellation policy: All reservations cancelled up to 20 days before check-in are refunded. All reservations cancelled less than 20 days before check-in are not refundable. Tourist Tax The tourist tax is € 1,00 per person per day and is not included in the room’s rate (its payment has to be made in cash). Arrivals and Departures Check-ins from 1:00 pm to midnight. Check-outs from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. Parking Guarded parking space. A private parking space is guaranteed for each room (from check-in to check-out). The daily rate is € 20.00. The difference in prices between low, medium and high season is of little relevance because we aim for our rates to meet everyone's needs.
